Privacy Policy

DispatchLink ("we," "us") is operated by LonePeak Radio LLC in Utah, USA. This policy explains what information the DispatchLink app and website collect, and how we use it. The short version: we don't ask for your name or email, we don't sell data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps.

What we collect

• No account. DispatchLink does not require you to sign up, so we don't collect your name, email, or phone number.
• Location (optional). If you allow it, your device's location is used to show incidents near you. Location may be sent with a request to get nearby results, but we do not store it or link it to you. You can turn location off any time in iOS Settings.
• Subscriptions. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple may share limited, anonymous transaction information with us (for example, that a subscription is active or a trial started) so we can unlock features and count subscribers.
• Technical logs. Like most online services, our servers record basic request information such as IP address, app version, device type, and time of the request. We use it to keep the service running, prevent abuse, and fix problems. These logs are kept for up to 30 days.
• Usage counts. We count things like how many people are listening to a channel or opening the app each day. These counts are totals and are not used to identify you.

How we use it

Only to run DispatchLink: delivering radio audio and incident information, unlocking subscriptions, keeping the service secure, and improving it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Radio content

DispatchLink plays public-safety radio transmissions that are broadcast unencrypted over the air, and shows summaries and transcripts produced by automated software. We work to remove or withhold sensitive details, such as calls involving medical or mental-health crises. If you believe something we show identifies you or someone else in a way it shouldn't, contact us and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run DispatchLink (for example, hosting), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

Children

DispatchLink is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

• Turn off location access in iOS Settings → DispatchLink.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Contact us to ask about or delete information related to you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted in the app.
