Namebee terms of use

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Namebee app, made by Nathan Hayes ("we", "us"). By using Namebee, you agree to them. Namebee is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins.

Hive Pass and tips

Name information

Name meanings, origins and popularity come from public records and reference sources. We work to keep them accurate, but we can't promise every detail is right. Please check anything that matters to you, such as a name's meaning in a particular language, before you decide.

Your content

What you add to Namebee is yours. It's stored in your iCloud account, as described in our privacy policy. We don't claim any rights to it.

Availability

We'll do our best to keep Namebee working well, but it's provided "as is". It depends on Apple's iCloud, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Namebee, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Namebee grows. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is important, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Namebee after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that can't be waived.
