On iPhone, subscribe in the app and manage it in your Apple ID settings. On the web, log in and subscribe at dispatchlink.org/subscribe; cancel anytime in Settings on this site. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends. Web and app subscriptions are separate until account linking ships.

How do I subscribe to Plus?
Open the app and tap the Incidents tab, then choose monthly or yearly. New subscribers get 7 days free.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DispatchLink. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or period ends to avoid being charged. You can also get there from the app: menu, then Settings, then Manage subscription.
I already subscribed. How do I get it back on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app, tap the menu, then Settings, then Restore purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why is a channel quiet?
Some channels only talk during an active call, so they can be silent for long stretches. Agencies that encrypt their radios can't be monitored.
Can something be removed?
Yes. If you believe something we show identifies you or someone else in a way it shouldn't, email us and we'll review it. Calls involving medical or mental-health crises are already withheld.
